Office Meeting

At the heart of Piontek IT are Nicole and Andy Piontek, a dynamic husband-and-wife team with decades of combined experience across a broad range of IT environments. After building their careers in Sydney, working across corporate and enterprise technology landscapes, they made the decision to return to the Central West—bringing with them the depth of knowledge, skills, and professionalism typically found in larger city firms, but with a strong focus on local service and relationships.

Andy is driven by a passion for solving complex technical challenges. With extensive experience in infrastructure, networking, and communications systems, he takes a hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving issues, ensuring systems run reliably and efficiently. His practical mindset and determination to find the right solution make him a trusted technical partner for businesses of all sizes.

Nicole brings a complementary skill set with a strong focus on cloud technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. She is known for her ability to translate technical concepts into clear, straightforward language, helping clients feel confident and informed rather than overwhelmed. Nicole places a strong emphasis on understanding each client’s needs and delivering solutions that are both effective and easy to use.

Together, Nicole and Andy combine technical expertise with a genuine commitment to customer service. They believe that great IT support is built on strong relationships, responsiveness, and trust. Their approach ensures that when you work with Piontek IT, you’re not dealing with a faceless helpdesk—you’re supported by experienced professionals who understand your business and are invested in your success.

Piontek IT offers a full range of services, including managed IT support, cloud solutions, telephony systems, and cyber security. Through proactive management and responsive support, we help minimise downtime, improve performance, and give you confidence that your technology is working for you.
